Britannia Models is a full service Hornby dealer and we stock the complete line of Hornby products from complete train sets to individual pieces of track. We carry live steam, train sets and train packs, locomotives, coaches, wagons, buildings, electric accessories and track.
The name that defined 'OO' gauge model railways in Britain. Hornby continues to make model trains from almost every period in the history of railways in Britain including models of the early days of the Big Four (GWR, SR, LMS, LNER) right up to and including today's High Speed Trains in the Train Operating Company (TOC) liveries and the Eurostar trains. Hornby have also re-created the days of steam trains with the introduction last year of their OO scale, live steam models. We carry Hornby Live Steam models and accessories.
The 2007, full colour, 180 page catalogue is now available and shows the locomotives and rolling stock available as well as Hornby's range of accessories which include track, Skaledale and other buildings, cars, people and animals. The catalogue is priced at Cdn $18.00 plus postage.
Please note that the train sets we carry come with a North American 110v wall plug transformer, ready for use in the US and Canada. If you buy a train set from Britain, it will NOT have the correct voltage transformer or plug.
